The *6th* Annual GSA Fall Leadership Conference will be held at beautiful campus of University Prep Academy on October 10th, 2008 from 8 am to 2 pm. Due to the popularity we will again enlist the services of "Organic 2 Go" to provide lunches for our summit.

When you register, we will have a list of options for you to choose from, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Come join us for our 3rd Annual Night of Noise event to be held at Gameworks in Downtown Seattle. All the pizza, pop and cookies you can stomach, with two hours of unlimited game play, to release all that pent-up energy from a successful Day of Silence in schools!

This year's event will hold special significance, as we honor the life of Lawrence King. Prior to playing games, we will hold a moment of silence to recognize Lawrence, and all youth who were tragically lost due to anti-LGBT bias.

Whatcom County Human Rights Task Force in coordination with GLSEN Washington State and the Washington State GSA network is holding a Day of Silence Training in Bellingham (Region 5-North) on Thursday April 3, 2008 from 3pm-5pm at Squalicum High School, 3773 E Mcleod Rd, Bellingham, WA.

1. The groundbreaking original documentary It's Elementary: Talking About Gay Issues at School, the first film ever to show how elementary and middles school teachers can facilitate age-appropriate discussions about gay and lesbian people.

2. The brand new film It's STILL Elementary which features follow-up interviews with some of the original students, now college-aged,as well as educators.
