Students from Onteora High School Present to School Board for GSA Approval

Students and two Advisors from Onteora High School went before their School Board to request approval to establish a Gay Straight Alliance.
All signs seem to be pointing to approval by the Board at their next meeting.

If approved, Onteora will become the 9th school district out of 10 in Ulster County to have a GSA or similar club dedicated to ensuring respect for all.
