No Name-Calling Week (NNCW), is an annual week of educational activities aimed at ending name-calling of all kinds, and providing schools with the tools and inspiration to launch an on-going dialogue about ways to eliminate bullying in their communities.

If you don't already know, the NNCW Creative Expression Contest is an opportunity for students to submit essays, poetry, music, original artwork, or other pieces that convey their experiences and feelings about name-calling, and their ideas for putting a stop to verbal bullying in their schools and communities.

We are creating a forum in which gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, ally, queer, questioning youth can speak out about their concerns, issues, and the quality of life for LGBTQIA youth in Greater New Haven.
